Application Process

Follow these simple steps to complete your application through OpenApply and join our community of learners.

Create Your OpenApply Account

  • Visit our OpenApply application portal
  • Click "Create Account" to register with your email address and set a password
  • You'll be able to save your progress and return to your application anytime

Complete the Online Application Form

  • Fill out all required sections with your student's personal details, academic history, and family information
  • Upload important documents, such as previous school transcripts, birth certificate/passport, and test scores
  • Pay the non-refundable $25 application fee online via OpenApply's secure payment system

Submit Financial Aid & Scholarship Applications

  • If you're interested in financial assistance, complete the financial aid section within OpenApply
  • Upload required financial documents such as tax returns or income statements
  • Submit any scholarship essays or questionnaires as part of the application package

Schedule Your Admissions Interview

  • After submitting your application, an Admissions Counselor will contact you to arrange a virtual or in-person interview
  • Interviews are held via video conferencing tools integrated with OpenApply or through platforms like Zoom

Receive Admission & Financial Aid Decision

  • Admission and aid decisions will be communicated through your OpenApply account and via email within 2-3 weeks
  • You can track your application status anytime by logging into your account

Complete Enrollment and Orientation

  • Once accepted, confirm your enrollment by submitting the enrollment agreement and paying the Orientation Fee ($50)
  • Attend our New Student Orientation virtually to get acquainted with our programs, faculty, and technology platforms
